Job summary

The Alden Network in Rockford, IL is seeking a compassionate CNA to support a Memory Care Unit, delivering person-centered care to residents with dementia and maintaining a high quality of life.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, complete required documentation, participate in ongoing dementia training, and adapt care to residents’ changing needs across all shifts. All shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with active certification.
• Experience in dementia care preferred.
• Ability to document care plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dementia-focused resident care.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and records.
• Support activities and life enrichment for memory care residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to monitor resident status and adjust plans.
• Participate in ongoing dementia care trainings and education.
