Key responsibilities include assisting with memory care activities, providing emotional support, encouraging family involvement, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. The position offers a supportive environment focused on enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Commit to obtaining at least 12 hours of continual education annually.
• Knowledgeable of each resident’s medical and behavioral care needs.
• Ability to provide emotional support to residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a person-centered memory care program.
• Encourage family involvement through volunteering.
• Complete all required documentation and comply with state regulations.
