Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily group and individual activities including music, art, reminiscence, light exercise, and sensory engagement.
• Adapt programming for varying memory impairment levels to ensure participation.
• Observe mood, engagement, and participation and communicate findings to the care team.
• Encourage social interaction and provide one-on-one companionship as needed.
• Maintain activity spaces and supplies; assist residents to activities with cueing and reassurance.
• Collaborate with families to incorporate residents' life stories into calendars.
