Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Medication Aide - Memory Care (MC) for Addington Place of Lakeside Vista in Michigan. This full-time role administers prescribed medications per MAR and TAR, provides personal care, and supports ADLs, helping deliver safe, compassionate care in memory care.

Under supervision of LPN/LVN/RN, duties include narcotics control, accurate MAR checks, medication storage, and daily charting.

Qualifications

• Level of Formal Education: High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Current Medication Technician certification as per state regulations.
• English proficiency sufficient for job duties and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications per MAR/TAR and maintain accuracy.
• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs, meals, and hygiene.
• Record data in daily logs and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Stock, store, and dispose of medications per policy; ensure narcotics are controlled.
• Attend staff trainings and comply with regulatory guidelines.
