Cogir USA is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to our residents in a Mesa, AZ community. You will support daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity, while working as part of a collaborative care team.

The role focuses on promoting resident independence, engaging residents in enrichment activities, and maintaining respectful communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Must have or obtain state-required caregiver certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) in line with safety and licensing guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care to promote independence and emotional well-being; offer engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff to coordinate care.
