Cogir USA in Gilbert, AZ seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, supporting daily living activities, safety, and dignity. You will work in a team-based environment to create a nurturing community.

Experience with memory care is a plus. Candidates should be ready to participate in weekend rotation and adhere to community protocols and licensing regulations to ensure resident well-being.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness/ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety protocols.
• Provide independence-supportive, compassionate care, and emotional support.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
