Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a supportive team environment. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain safety and dignity, and help residents stay engaged through enrichment programs.

Applicants should have a High School diploma, state-approved caregiver training, and current First Aid/CPR certification. Weekend rotations may be required to ensure consistent resident care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) required or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety protocols.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
