Job summary

Cogir USA seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in our Chandler, AZ community. You will assist with daily living, promote safety, privacy, dignity, and independence while working in a supportive team.

You will meet a high school diploma requirement, caregiver training or willingness to obtain certification, CPR/First Aid, and at least 12 months of professional caregiving. Weekend rotation is expected; strong communication and empathy are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or willingness/ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs; assist with light housekeeping and room tidying.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
