Koelsch Communities is seeking a personable Culinary Aide to join the Culinary Department at Copper Creek Inn memory care. This part-time role offers day shifts (Wednesday, 10:30AM - 6:30PM) with starting pay around $19/hour, dependent on experience. Full-time benefits are described for eligible employees.

You will assist with meal service, bussing, and maintaining dining areas, while upholding safety and sanitation policies and supporting residents’ dining experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Positive interpersonal skills are required.
• A food handler's card is required.
• Basic math skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness.
• Protect residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Assist residents in selecting food and beverages by presenting menu and explaining specials.
• Bus dirty dishes and refill residents’ beverages as needed.
• Interact with residents in a courteous and empathetic manner.
• Maintain grooming and a clean uniform at all times.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with special events as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
