You’ll provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, building meaningful relationships and ensuring a respectful, engaging daily environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability for activities such as walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
