Silverado Newport Mesa, a memory care leader, seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and memory impairments. You’ll provide hands-on daily living assistance, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain care records.

Qualificações

• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory care preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Full‑time, NOC shift, Sunday ‑ Thursday

Anticipated pay range

$21 — $24 USD
