Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Albany, CA is seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will assist with daily activities, promote social interaction, and help residents thrive with compassionate service.

Ideal candidates bring empathy, clear communication, and a team-oriented mindset. While CNAs aren’t required, relevant caregiving experience and willingness to learn new tools are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience as a caregiver or related training preferred.
• Comfortable using company devices for job tasks.
• Reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our community.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain daily care records and report any changes.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
