Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver Memory Care to provide hands-on support for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in San Jose, CA. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability and hospitality as you help seniors thrive each day.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, monitor changes, document care, and collaborate with a caring team. CNA not required but welcome with related experience or certification and a strong commitment to hospitality and

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
Consistent and reliable attendance
Offers contingent upon post-offer screenings (background check, drug screen, TB, etc.)

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety and well-being
Document and maintain accurate daily care records and report changes to supervisors
Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Make hospitality and resident satisfaction your top priority in every interaction
