Belmont Village Senior Living in California is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on care to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You are reliable, empathetic, and thrive in a fast-paced, physically active setting, collaborating effectively to ensure residents thrive as they age.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.
• Post-offer screenings may include background check, drug screen, TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities for assigned residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while ensuring safety.
• Document daily care, report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality, service quality and resident satisfaction.
