Job summary

Senior Resource Group (SRG) invites you to join our Memory Care Community as a Caregiver. You will assist residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility under the supervision of the Director of Assisted Living.

Documentation in CareStream, prompt response to calls, and maintaining a clean, safe environment are essential. CNA or caregiver experience and First Aid/CPR certification required; English literacy and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or caregiver experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid / CPR certification required.
• Basic reading and writing skills; ability to speak English.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
• Documents care given via CareStream; adhering to policies and procedures.
• Answers resident call lights, door, and resident alarms promptly.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living and self-care.
• Maintains a clean, neat, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
