Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/C.N.A. to support residents in assisted living settings across SRG communities in the United States.

You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, housekeeping and laundry as needed, while maintaining a respectful, patient-centered care approach. Applicants should have a CNA or caregiver background, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or caregiver experience required
• First Aid / CPR certification required
• Basic reading and writing skills and ability to speak English

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor on duty
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and meals as needed
• Responds promptly to emergencies and call lights
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Documents care provided and reports changes to supervisors
