Job summary

Oakmont of Silver Creek is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, dignity, and supportive care in a warm senior living environment.

Shifts are Friday and Saturday, PM (2 pm–10 pm). The pay range is $19.00–$20.50/hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Oakmont Management Group.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
