Oakmont of San Jose, part of Oakmont Senior Living, is hiring a Care Provider. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and support independence in a warm senior living community.

The role offers AM/PM shifts on a part-time basis with a pay range of $19.00-$20.50 per hour. Experience welcomed but training is provided, and a strong focus on teamwork and resident well-being is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation across departments.
