Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at Glen Cove in California seeks a Care Provider for Memory Care to assist residents with daily living, supporting independence and quality of life. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Written and verbal communication with staff and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report changes to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
