Silverado Southlake, a memory care innovator, seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You will perform daily living activities, build relationships, and help create a safe, engaging environment while maintaining care records. Strong English communication and dependable attendance are essential.

The role offers full-time hours, paid training, and competitive benefits. Anticipated pay range is $16–$17 per hour, with employer-provided growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related conditions preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
