Job summary

Silverado Southlake, a memory care innovator and Fortune-listed Great Place to Work, is hiring caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This PRN role offers per-diem hours with an evening schedule (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and a pay range of $16–$17 per hour, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for residents with memory impairments preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with daily living activities.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
