Job summary

Silverado Southlake is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia. You will join a Great Place to Work®-recognized team and help create moments of dignity and joy every day.

Qualifications

• Empathy for residents with memory impairment and dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and internal mobility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
