Job summary

Silverado Frederick is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairment preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
