Job summary

Silverado in Lee's Summit seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This part‑time PM role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork within a memory care setting.

You’ll provide daily living assistance, build relationships with residents and families, and document care progress for the nursing team. Training is offered, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Comfortable working around animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
