Job summary

Silverado in Saint Charles, MO is hiring Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer's and memory impairment. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily. You will assist with daily living activities, observe changes, and report to the nursing team in a safe, engaging setting.

It is part-time, PM shifts on weekends, with pay in the range of $19–$21 per hour. Silverado offers benefits and paid training for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and teammates.
