Belmont Village Senior Living in Campbell, CA seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will support residents with daily living activities, maintain safety, and contribute to a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment.

No CNA license required, but candidates with CNA or caregiving experience are encouraged to apply. This role values reliability, empathy, teamwork and a growth mindset as residents thrive under attentive care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in all interactions.
