Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or in a similar setting is valued.
• Comfort with using company devices for job tasks.
• Professional, pleasant, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Assist residents with daily activities while promoting safety and wellbeing.
• Document care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
