Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on care to seniors within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and teamwork, with a strong commitment to hospitality so residents thrive as they age.

The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, support resident safety and well-being, and maintain accurate care records. Prior caregiving experience or CNA-like training is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and report changes in daily care to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Provide hospitality and excellent service to residents.
