Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands‑on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will support seniors with daily activities, promote social engagement, and document care while ensuring safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicate well in English, and bring a caring, team‑oriented attitude. No CNA license is required, but we welcome licensed applicants or those with relevant caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Post‑offer pre‑employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well‑being.
• Document and maintain daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service and resident satisfaction top priorities.
