Poway Gardens Memory Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate resident care in our memory care community in Poway, CA. You will monitor resident health, assist with activities of daily living, and support dementia/Alzheimer’s care while ensuring HIPAA compliance and safety.

The role offers a full-time schedule 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with training provided, paid orientation, and benefits including PTO and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or memory care settings.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Respect for HIPAA and resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, mobility, nutrition).
• Engage with residents with dementia/alzheimer's and monitor health.
