Westmont Living in Encinitas is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER for the PM shift to support residents with daily living activities in a warm, homelike community.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, serving meals, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role requires passing health screenings and background checks; we offer competitive pay and benefits after a brief waiting period. Qualifications

• Compassionate and committed caregiver for PM shift.
• Must pass criminal record clearance and health screens.
• Experience with ADL tasks preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals.
• Keep environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor.
