Poway Gardens Memory Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate resident care in our memory care community in Poway, CA. You will monitor resident health, assist with activities of daily living, and support dementia/Alzheimer’s care while ensuring HIPAA compliance and safety.

The role offers a full-time schedule 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with training provided, paid orientation, and benefits including PTO and paid time off.

Qualifications

In this position, you will be monitoring resident health and supporting residents in various care settings. Your expertise will ensure that individuals receive the highest quality of care while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards. Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Engage with patients or residents with Dementia and Alzheimer's.

Skills:

• Proven experience working in assisted living facilities and memory care.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other cognitive impairments in our memory care.
