South Hill Village Assisted Living and Memory Care in Washington state is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner. You will support residents daily, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires caring for seniors, valid CNA or HCA priority, strong communication in English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with/without assistance; the position offers flexible shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HCA and/or CNA certification give priority.
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $23.00.
