Pegasus Landing of Vintage Park in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in daily living activities. Qualifications

• Must possess applicable state certifications.
• Minimum of one year experience caring for older adults.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to coordinate care.
• Document observations and report changes to the care team.
• Support the care plan and participate in ongoing training and development.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:
