Job summary

A senior living organization in Dousman, WI, is seeking a part-time Memory Care Caregiver. The role involves providing compassionate support to residents with daily living activities and monitoring their conditions. Ideal candidates will have caregiving experience, preferably in memory care, and certifications like CNA and AHA First Aid. Qualifications

What you’ll do as a Memory Care Caregiver:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions; maintain accurate documentation for care plans, medications, and daily activities
• Support meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social programs to enhance quality of life

Memory Care Caregiver Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience required; memory care or dementia care experience strongly preferred
• CNA certification preferred (not required)
• CBRF, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred; training provided upon hire
• Must obtain AHA First Aid certification within required timeframes and maintain current certification
• Ability to become medication delegated and safely administer medications
