Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI is seeking a part-time Dining Assistant for evening shifts from 4-7 pm. Compensation ranges from $15.25 to $21.10 per hour, based on experience and shift differentials. The nonprofit community values respect, commitment, fulfillment, empathy, and fun as core tenets.

As a Dining Assistant, you will greet residents, take orders, serve meals, bus tables, and maintain a clean dining area. Full benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and follow written instructions
• Ability to work in a team-friendly environment
• Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds frequently

Responsibilities

• Meet the residents while recognizing and appropriately responding to their needs
• Take food orders and serve meals to residents while ensuring their dining needs are met in a timely manner
• Bus tables as needed
• Properly clean and store dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glasses
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors
• Track and record meals for residents in proper logs books
