Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in our Mesa-based communities. You will support daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety and well-being while promoting independence and privacy. A teamwork-focused environment helps deliver nurturing care.

Experience in memory care is a plus; weekend rotation may be required. Opportunities for growth, with access to benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety guidelines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
