Responsibilities include helping residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility, enabling independence, and participating in enrichment activities. Strong communication and a caring attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ months experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining room cleanliness.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
