Covenant Living at Windsor Park in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Care Attendant (Memory Care) to help residents with daily activities, dining services, and light housekeeping, while delivering kindness and respect in a faith-based community. Duties include assisting with meals, laundry, room upkeep, and supporting memory care needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, dining services, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and personal care as needed.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, and maintaining residents' rooms in a clean, orderly condition.
• Support dietary staff with serving meals and ensuring residents attend meals.
• Deliver meal trays for room service and return trays to kitchen as needed.
• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
• Cross-train to work in AL, SNF, or memory care as required.
