LE0024 Transforming Age Associates, LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver for an On-call position in Memory Care at AlmaVia of San Francisco. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 6 months or more experience in long term care or related field preferred.
• Knowledge and experience working with older adults and dementia care.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and services to residents with dementia.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care through electronic charting.

Effective English verbal and written communication
