The Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, Missouri is seeking a Care Partner (PRN) to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care. The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and resident well-being in a welcoming environment.

Starting wage ranges from $17.00 to $22.50 per hour. Shifts are As Needed, with opportunities to grow within Arrow Senior Living family. Join a people-first team committed to quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create a caring, empathetic environment and build connections.
• Support safety and assist residents after injuries or falls.
• Use basic computer systems to print documents and record resident information.

Our starting wage for Care Partners is: $17.00-$22.50 per hour!

Shift Schedule: As Needed.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
