Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Stow, OH. This full-time role offers a shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am with a pay range of $18–$27 per hour. You will engage residents with empathy, observe needs, and help create meaningful daily activities while supporting the memory care neighborhood.

Responsibilities include documenting care, orienting team members, and fostering a warm, resident-centered environment at Vitalia Stow, 4291 Allen Road, Stow, OH 44224.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reads, writes and communicates in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Act as Patient Observer to identify interests and engagement plans.
• Implement mise en scène duties to prepare environment and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
