Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Support Partner in Ann Arbor, MI. The role is part-time and focuses on compassionate care, daily engagement, and accurate documentation to enhance residents’ quality of life.

You will engage with residents through meaningful activities, support daily routines, and collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, respectful surroundings. Training and benefits are provided in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connections during residents' vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: learn residents' interests and abilities to build engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily routines and events.
• Life Partner: assist residents in daily activities from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
