Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a passionate Life Enrichment Assistant for The Springs at Tanasbourne in Hillsboro, OR. You will lead activities for Memory Care residents, helping them connect, have fun, and pursue interests under the supervision of the Life Enrichment Director.

Responsibilities include planning monthly calendars, communicating with residents and families, coordinating events, and ensuring safety and privacy in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for Memory Care activities in accordance with state regulations, audits/reviews.
• Warm, engaging approach and interest in supporting older adults.
• Confidence leading groups, presenting information, and answering questions.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with others and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with email, electronic recordkeeping, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics tools. Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, and similar AI tools.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, electronic and schedule-based instructions.
• Problem-solving and flexibility with changing plans.
• Ability to safely operate community vehicles.
