Job summary

Tranquillity at Fredericktowne, a Sonida Senior Living community in Frederick, MD, seeks a Memory Care Activity Director to develop monthly resident programming and ensure engaging, safe activities.

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
