Job summary

Tranquillity at Fredericktowne, a Sonida Senior Living community in Frederick, MD, is seeking compassionate team members to provide attentive care and exceptional service to our senior residents.

You will interact with residents, families, and staff, ensure safety and residents' rights, support independent recreation, and participate in mandatory in-service education; weekend work is required on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
• Work Every other Weekend.
