Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Programming Coordinator, Memory Care for a full-time daytime role. You will design and lead engaging programs to maximize resident engagement and improve quality of life.

The position collaborates with the Entertainment & Programming department to coordinate events and activities for memory care residents, with responsibilities including transportation assistance and calendar planning.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating activities or programs for residents is a plus.
• Proficient with internet resources and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement adult-centric activities and events.
• Develop the monthly program calendar balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Procure groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Encourage resident participation through positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Assist in providing medical transportation within community guidelines and organize outings.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
