The role requires coordinating events, working with groups and instructors, and supporting transportation for outings. A positive attitude and reliability are essential as is a willingness to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Must be at least 21 years old with 3 years of driving experience.
• Proficient in the use of Internet resources and current technology.
• Experience as Programming Coordinator (Activities) preferred, but not required.
• Goal to create a wonderful lifestyle for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement activities and events for residents.
• Develop monthly program calendar with balanced cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assist in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities through personalized interactions.
• Assist in providing transportation and outings within community guidelines.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
