Job summary

Ivy Park at Seal Beach, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Memory Care. This full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am–5:30pm, supporting residents with engaging activities to promote independence and well-being.

The Activity Coordinator will assist the Memory Care Director, coordinate events, supervise excursions, and ensure a safe, friendly environment. A high school diploma and experience with seniors are preferred; driving residents is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating activities with seniors.
• Valid driver license to transport residents.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director to create a engaging activity program.
• Promote resident participation through scheduled events and outings.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff with tact.
• Ensure safety and security of residents and guests.
• Support transportation of residents in community vehicles.
