The role supports the Memory Care Director, coordinates social events, clubs, exercise sessions, and educational activities while ensuring safety and fostering teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director in creating a stimulating social atmosphere in Traditions Memory Care.
• Promote resident participation through activities, excursions, events, and classes.
• Communicate tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles and support transportation needs.
